As president, Artisan Design Group, Ram Krishnamurthy oversees all functions across field and corporate offices at ADG, with responsibility for ADG’s strategic direction and profitable growth. This includes identifying revenue and cost synergies, expanding ADG’s category offerings, and supporting Lowe’s Pro growth objectives. Ram joined Lowe’s in 2018.  

Ram has more than 25 years of retail experience. In his most recent role as senior vice president, home services, he overhauled Lowe’s installation business, significantly improving customer satisfaction scores, and launched the central selling function, driving incremental sales. He joined Lowe’s as vice president, operations engineering, and also served as vice president, store operations, where he had responsibility for store communications, selling systems, performance reporting, operational execution and reverse logistics. Prior to joining Lowe’s, Ram was the senior director of operations services at GameStop, Inc. Previously, he spent over 10 years at The Home Depot in a variety of operational leadership roles across both the corporate and field organizations. 
 
Ram earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Annamalai University in India, a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Auburn University and an MBA from Georgia State University.
