Historic Elitch Theater would like to complete two projects on the exterior of the theatre: painting the fly building and pouring a concrete patio. The fly building is over 65-years old and the gray cinderblock has never been painted. Some damage occurred on the West side of the building and was covered with boards. The project would help the theater become an aesthetically pleasing part of the neighborhood.

A county library that has built an outdoor demonstration and educational garden seeks assistance in continuing to develop and perfect the garden by adding shade structures, installing walkable paths, and providing tools/materials so volunteers can maintain the garden. Expanding the garden will allow for more opportunities for free quality programming, school enrichment field trips and a space for community members to relax and interact.
