Lowe’s officially kicked off its Summer of Soccer with two dynamic events that brought the excitement of the game right into the aisles. At the center of the celebration? A ‘Jersey Swap’ honoring global football icon Lionel Messi.
The event took place at 175 stores across the country, where the first 50 loyalty members at each location were invited to trade in a shirt or hat—especially anything orange—for a limited-edition Messi x Lowe’s jersey.
In select stores, the experience got even better. Ten lucky customers were surprised with an extra-special gift: an autographed Messi x Lowe’s jersey.
And the celebration isn’t over. Now through July 16, Lowe’s customers can take part in an in-store Mini Messi scavenger hunt for a chance to win League Cup tickets and Messi memorabilia. Tiny Messi standees are hidden throughout participating stores, waiting to be discovered.
As the Summer of Soccer continues, even more Messi moments are on the way.
