The San Dimas Mountain Rescue Team was established in 1955 and has dedicated itself to saving the lives of people who become lost or injured in the San Gabriel Mountains. With the Lowe's Hometowns grant, the team will renovate its existing kitchen with new cabinets and appliances, install new flooring in its classroom and offices, and receive a fresh coat of paint. These renovations will allow our team to offer better facilities to engage our community in wilderness education, first aid/CPR and provide a welcoming space for the team and community.
